Looking for a good home...

.....for this little duckling!!!

Wouldn't this be a cute "welcome baby" gift? I could just see it sitting on a shelf in a nursery . I did this for the Bo Bunny paper piecing contest last month. But when I was finished with it I wasn't sure if it really was "paper piecing". Whether it is or not, I think this is one of my favorite projects so far. You might not be able to tell from the photo, but the patterned papers are really rich and they have an iridescent sheen to them that's really pretty.

My "baby girl" just turned 4 a couple days ago so I was thinking I'd do a RAK. Just leave a comment on this post and this little duckling could be yours, along with a few scrapping supplies.

You have till Saturday to leave a comment. I'll randomly pick a winner and post the winner on Sunday. Sorry, but only US residents are eligible.

Supply List:

Patterned paper - Bo Bunny
Bling - Glitz Designs
Felt rick-rack - Walmart
Duckling and bead - Hobby Lobby

That is just DUCKY!

I bought my new (first grandchild!) granddaughter a duck costume for Halloween. She would love it if she knew what a duck was - but she is only 2 months old.
